I have just begun my final year at The Sacred Heart proudly representing the school as Deputy Head Girl. When I first joined I was just a nervous, timid girl and very scared of this big world in Senior School. In the last 4 years I feel I have grown in confidence but have also become an independent young woman. I quickly settled into a warm, welcoming environment from the moment I stepped into the school. It has not only been the place where I have built strong friendships but also the place where I have learnt the importance of working hard to achieve academic success.
The Sacred Heart has been the platform for so many opportunities not only in the classroom but also through sports and extra curricula events. I have been lucky to represent the school in the Volleyball London Youth Games and School Games, alongside winning the Netball League and Trampolining borough tournaments twice.
I hope to go to St Dominic’s Sixth Form where I would like to study History, English and Psychology. Beyond that I would love to go to university to study the world of Event Management from where I can one day set up my own business. For my work experience at The Sacred Heart I was given the chance to work with the Conference and Events team at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington. Therefore, I feel confident that my time at The Sacred Heart is providing me with the necessary foundations for my further study.
