Since beginning my school journey in September, I have been made to feel incredibly welcome at The Sacred Heart, I have made lots of new friends, participated in an amazing drama club and have enjoyed the independence of organising myself for school. I am excited for the future.

I have been able to develop my passion for sports by performing in the school gymnastics display and I am thoroughly enjoying learning the new skill of “Bollywood dancing.”

I have loved the writing tasks which have been set and feel they have allowed me to develop and explore my imagination and individual style.  With supportive teachers I have grown in confidence in Maths and French, which were not my strongest subjects, and this proves that with the right support you can achieve what you want! My English teachers have taught and encouraged me so much that I already feel I am a stronger writer.

School can be difficult, meeting new friends, keeping on top of the workload and sometimes even the journey can be stressful, but from my experience The Sacred Heart has been a calm happy place where I feel content and supported and I hope I can do well.
