A group of year 7 and 8s had the wonderful opportunity of taking part in 'The Power of Hair workshop' delivered by Adisa the poet in conjunction with Pantene. This workshop allowed pupils to explore the importance of hair and the realities of hair discrimination through the medium of creative writing. Adisa was fun and engaging and used a range of word play games and poetry to deliver such an important message. Pupils were able to write their own poetry and enjoyed listening to each other's poems.
