On Friday 21st June 2024, an event took place during lunchtime in order to celebrate “Fête de la Musique’. The afternoon consisted of French cuisine included in our lunch menu, a variety of genres of music from across the globe and a small concert from our own school band and musicians.

This lunchtime was described by our fellow students, as an “electric”, “passionate” and “atmospheric” event that certainly was the highlight of our week. This small taste of culture brought together both students and teachers into a throng of dancing, which was demonstrated by an ardent group of Year 7’s. We certainly look forward to experiencing such an occurrence again in the upcoming years.
