"As part of our celebrations for Black History Month, students from African and Caribbean background shared aspects of their cultural identities during our well-attended Show and Tell session. This event was a great opportunity to highlight the cultural diversity of our school and learn from each other's. " 

“I took part in the Black History Month Show and Tell because I wanted to present some key facts about the country my family originates from. During the Show and Tell, I also learned a lot from other participants about the history and traditional customs of their countries, and realised we had a lot in common.”  Vienna 9T 

Black History month was also celebrated in an Assembly through dance, videos and students sharing their cultural backgrounds.

A variety of books were on display for students to borrow from the Study Centre
